Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is free on orders of $59 or more.
Orders under $59 are charged a flat shipping rate of $4.99.

Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after the order has been processed.

Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet packaging. Product names are not displayed on the outside of the package.

Age & Shipping Restrictions
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from 91SXY.
We currently do not ship to Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, or Kansas. Orders with a shipping address in these states cannot be completed.
Shipping availability may change as applicable laws and regulations evolve.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.
