Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with 91SXY. Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Returns
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging, with all accessories and materials included, and in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or had their hygiene seal removed, except where the item is defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at sales@91sxy.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, provided they have not already been fulfilled or shipped.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Authorization
Please contact sales@91sxy.com before sending any return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Address
Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
