For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate products that have been opened, used, or removed from their sealed packaging are not eligible for return.
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
Approved returns must be authorized before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
